This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms for services and programs offered by Root & Radiance Collective. Please review this information carefully before scheduling or purchasing services.

All Purchases Final

All purchases made with Root & Radiance Collective are final and non-refundable, unless otherwise stated in writing for a specific program or offer.

Appointment Cancellations and Rescheduling

Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule appointments.
Cancellations or rescheduling requests made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be treated as a missed appointment in accordance with this policy.

Missed Appointments

Missed appointments (no-shows) cannot be rescheduled or refunded.
Clients who do not attend a scheduled session without prior notice will forfeit the session.

Late Arrivals

Late arrivals may result in a shortened session in order to respect the scheduled time and other clients.
Session fees remain the same for shortened sessions due to late arrival.

Programs and Digital Materials

Programs, courses, and digital materials are non-refundable once purchased or accessed, unless otherwise stated in the specific program terms.
By purchasing programs or digital content, clients acknowledge and accept these non-refundable terms.
