Your Personalized Plan
This guided metabolic wellness experience is designed to help you improve your metabolism through personalized support, nutrition guidance, movement, and sustainable lifestyle changes.
After purchase, your lab order will be submitted and you’ll receive instructions to schedule your blood draw through Labcorp. Once your labs have been completed, you’ll schedule your first private 1:1 session approximately 10 days later to allow time for your results to return.
During your program, your labs will be reviewed and interpreted by a licensed provider (NP), and you’ll receive personalized wellness recommendations and a customized protocol tailored to your results, goals, and lifestyle. Throughout your three private 1:1 sessions, we’ll review your findings together, discuss key areas impacting your metabolism and overall wellness, and provide ongoing guidance, education, accountability, and supportive adjustments designed to help you build sustainable habits and long-term results. This experience is designed to help you feel informed, supported, and more confident in caring for your metabolic health.
